sold my house

I'm just passing on a good word for a company that did me some good. I had my house for sale and got an offer from a company called WH Investments. They made me a lease purchase offer which included me not having to take care of the home any more. They took care of it fairly quickly, (quicker than the realtor I've had for the past 6 months) and I got paid. Now I'm getting monthly payments until I close on it, extra income. Just glad to be free of it! jude
